I've been coaching for 7 hours. I'm dead. I think I've pulled every muscle in my body, if that's possible

That's all coaching is No, I lie, (well not about handsprings), but we only throw the big kids, so it's okay And that's the only way to coach it

I can't sit in the straight backed chair at the moment because I'm on the laptop and that has to be propped against the arm of the sofa, which is killing my back but I like talking to you guys so I don't want to come off the laptop
