You click the little pic with the floppy disc thingy next to it > upload it > click the little pic one and paste the link..

which link? what if I've saved the picture in a Pictures File on my comp? xx sorry I need to know how to do this for my own sake.

That's why you upload it from your computer...the link you get once you upload it to the forum..the last link.

I go onto host an image
I upload my image by file on UPLOAD YOUR IMAGE
I click 'Host it'
There are three things that I can copy:
Thumbnail, Image and Image URL. (I don't know what to do about these)
I click upload.
It goes back to Upload your image.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong!

You copy the last link.. then paste into the Insert Image thingy...which is the little picture x
