Jess answered these Qs for me to help me out with an article I had to write....what a wee star...

You were a contestant on BBC1’s ‘Over The Rainbow’ last year.
How did you feel performing live on TV every Saturday night?

- I don't think it really hit me that it was live on TV most of the time. We'd sometimes have little moments on stage when rehearsing where we'd think, 'oh man, this camera that we're singing down represents a couple of million people', that was surreal. But it just felt so amazing to get up there every Saturday and share with the audience the one thing I love most. I feel really lucky when I think back.

During the show Andrew Lloyd Webber said 'There are times in your performances where I think im seeing a world class star'
What were you thinking when he said that?

- Again, this was one of those moments where I stood and thought 'woah, where am I? Is that really Andrew Lloyd Webber sat in front of me? Wait a minute, what exactly is he saying?'. I think it didn't really hit me because we'd received so much positive and negative feedback during the show and at the time it was just another comment. When I think back I think 'Wow'.

You now live in London and attend Arts Educational.
What's it like living away from home and what do you love most about Arts Ed?

- I am loving living away from home and having my independence. Though I love going home to my parents, I like standing on my own two feet. Arts Ed is undeniably the best thing in my life right now, I feel so privileged to be amongst so many talented people who share my love for musical theatre. I'm learning so much and I'm constantly progressing. It was the best decision I ever could have made.

You’re also a musician? What instruments can you play?

- I like to think I'm a musician, though I'm no classically trained wonder (I have grade 3 saxophone and grade 2 piano hahaha). But I accompany myself on the piano when writing songs, I've wrote a few.

There is a Facebook page dedicated to your face - how does that make you feel?

- Hilarious. I laugh at it everytime it pops up. It's crazy.

Who’s your secret celeb crush?

- Sooooooooooo many. I usually go for the whole bad boy indie guy so anyone you can think of under that category. Oh and he's on my mind because my friend and I were chatting about The Tudors, Johnathon Rhys Meyers. He's hot.

Talk us through a night out with Jessica Robinson…

HA. Get ready, predrinks at a certain location (my house, a friend's house or the pub), taxi to town, purple rain, a cheeky pint or three, dance dance on the dancefloor (I usually end up performing a jazz combination I've learnt at school, awful), PARMO, home to bed! la la la

Brilliant work Julie and Jess, not been able to keep up with the news as much as would like,
keep the faith and the love for Jess and just counting down to her "Show" when she stars, and really hope will be fit enough to go , sod will go regardless lol,

I do still watch her videos ,they cheer me up or make me cry but it great ,

We are all going to Steph's CD signing on the 5th and Lauren's show + Jess is coming to see us after it!!!

Mmm theres a thought and it not tooo far from me , I will think about it ,got new treatment on the 3rd so may be very enerjetic lol and walk for miles .
Might be able to get at least part of it , the jess bit obviously, lol, but this oldie may be a downer lol . Just found out that Steph Bis in Over the Rainbow at my local theartre in April .
Shame it not Jess but wish her well and at least she get to be Dorothy even if not in the big show,
